Do I need to register in order to place an order?
Yes. It is necessary to register and Login in order to place an order. 

The purpose of register and log in is for purchase record and confirmation.    

 

What should I do if I forget my password?

At the bottom of 'Login' page, click "ForgetPassword" and follow the instruction. 

You can double click this link to recovery your password also.

What should I do if I want to change payment type and delivery address?

During check out, select "I am a returning customer."

After type the email address and password, DO NOT hit enter.

There are 2 fields at the bottom, click on the box to select what you need to change. 

(1) Change billing information 

(2) This will be shipped to a different address.

After select the field, hit enter and it will prompt you where you can update the information.

Do you have a retail store?

We are a Web based company.  It keeps our overhead costs down so we can offer the lowest prices.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax 8.25% is applied to TEXAS residences only.

Do you have a phone number that I can call to place an order?

Please complete the online Contact Us form, and let us know when is the best time to reach you.

Phone order customer must complete address, contact phone number, and put in comment field what item (size, color, and style) you wanted to order.

To avoid verbal communication confusion, we still REQUIRE customer's email communicate for record. 

A written email communicate is important to you and our store to ensure we both are on the same page.

We do not print and send hard copy catalog . 

We believe the printing cost should be used in provide free shipping to all of our customers.

How can I modify my order?
Please complete the Contact Us form
and let us know in details of any modifications.

Be aware of that once an order has been shipped, we cannot do any modification and cancellation. 

 

How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation must be notified via email within 6 hours after you have submitted your order.  

Please complete Contact Us form with your invoice number.   

 

Can I cancel my order after receiving the US Postal Office tracking number?
No.  Once the tracking number generated by the US Postal Office, your order already processed at our end and moving forward to the US Postal Office to handle.  You can request return authorization code when you receive the package.  Please refer to "Exchange/Return" page for detail.

Can I exchange my harness due to accidentially damage/broken months later?
If you had purchase Puppia Protection Plan, you are eligible to have 1 time replacement within the same year you purchased your order.  Please check your Puppia Protection Plan certificate last valid date of replacement.  No replacement will be honored after the valid date.

For those that did not purchase Puppia Protection Plan, you are not eligible for replacement.  You have option to repair it yourself, have a seamtress to repair it, or buy a new harness / leash.

Where can I take my broken/damage item to repair if I did not buy the Protection Plan?
For lead and clip part, you can get the material from hardware store (like Michael or JoAnn Fabrics). 

Local shoe repair place or tailor can stitch them.

For lead & harness fabrics, you must evaluate if it is safe for your dog to use after repair. 

You can hand stitch or use sewing machine to do minor repair on the material. 

If it is a major damage on the material, you may need to consider it is time to get a new one.

Do you provide service on gift packaging for special occasions?
Yes. We do not charge any fee for this service.

Please let us know if gift packaging is needed for special occasion during check out.
