We offer free ground shipping in US and Canada only. (***some restrictions apply)

There is no needed to select shipping method during check out.

Order is shipped via US Postal Office First Class with Delivery Confirmation. Our standard delivery time is 10 to 14 days.

Normally, US customers receive their package within 3 to 7 days.  A tracking number will be sent via US Postal Office system.

Canadian customers usually receive their package between 7 to 14 business working days. 

If you do not receive system automatically generated purchase order and shipment tracking number confirmations, your email server may have filtered it as Spam and Block the email go through. Feel free to contact us if you do not get the system generated confirmations from our store and US Postal Office. We will look it up and reply you with the information.

***Free shipping cannot be combined with exchange on previous order.

***Free shipping will not be honored when a customer refuses to wait for all items are available and being shipped at the same time in (1) single package.  A $7.00 shipping fee will be charged on each package send to the customer.   

In rare occassion, shipping to you may be delayed due to shipping from South Korea to United States is being delayed.  Please contact our store if you order is urgently needed.  We will process your order via express mail.  Express mail charge will be billed to your credit card.  Please read the fee on express mail service also

Insured Mail 

We are NOT responsible for lost, mishandled, and damaged by the US Postal Office if you do not purchase insured mail on your order. Once the package is given to the US Postal Office lost, mishandled, and damaged of the package is at the buyer own risk. For your protection, insured mail is available during shopping.

Standard Insured Mail available to US customers.

Global Priority Mail with Insurance available to international customers (other than United States).   Please send an email to our store with your order confirmation if you want the package shipping via Global Priority Mail with Insurance. 

US Express Shipping Service

We provide express shipping service upon request. Express service fees will be billed to your credit card.

Your billing address must match your credit card company record in order for us to proceed your request.

After you had placed the order, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Forward your order confirmation to customer@k9instyleclassic.com, and let us know you want express shipping service on your order.

Minimum charge on US Priority Mail shipping & handling $7.00

Minimum charge on US Next Day Delivery shipping & handling $20.00

Please note that we have no control on US Postal Office delivery schedule, especially during the holiday season.

International Shipping & Re-Shipping Fee

Free shipping is NOT available to countries outside US and Canada.

International Shipping available to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United Kingdom.

For tracking and record tracing purpose, you are required to pick up the package in person at your country post office.

Undeliverable Parcels

Any undeliverable package(s) consequently returned to our company for the following reasons will be charged an additional $7.00 re-processing, shipping and handling fee:

(1) Refused

(2) Unclaimed

(3) Invalid Address includes missing apartment/suite number, wrong house number, wrong zip code, multiple addresses listed in the street field, incorrect mail drop number,

(4) Any erroneousness would render the package undeliverable consequently returned to our company or held by the carrier.

Lost Packages

We are NOT responsible for lost and mishandled by the US Postal Office if you do not purchase insured mail on your order.

To prevent your package lost or mishandled by the United States Postal Office, you can purchase insured mail during shopping.

Due to abuse, you must contact us within 48 hours if your package has not arrived according to courier delivered record.  Be sure to file a report at your local courier as it is required by the post office.   We file a report to the local post office at our end as well.   

For customer who has purchased insured mail, a replacement package will be sent once the post office has confirmed the package is mishandled. 

For customer who did not purchase insured mail, we will provide you the number that the postal office given to us for you to track the package.    No replacement package will be sent as you did not purchase insured mail on your order.
