Return

ALL SALES FINAL.  ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exchange

Item must return to our store within 5 days after delivered.
Item must be in NEW condition with ALL tags and original clear plastic bag.

For Puppia Harness:  2 Puppia tags and 1 clear plastic bag.

For Puppia Clothes:  2 Puppia tags, 1 Puppia Logo Hanger, 1 Puppia Coat Cover.

Item must remain clean and free of pet hair.

Item that is not return in it original condition will be subjected return to you at your expense. 


Please return the item with a copy of the receipt.

Check our online store if the size that you need is available.

Write down the size, pattern name, and option(s) you would like to exchange.


Customer is responsible for package return and reshipping cost.

We are not responsible for return package lost, mishandled, and damage during enroute back to our store.

Please be advised that until there is a proof that we have received your package in original condition, it is your property.

For your protection, we suggest exchange package should be returned with delivery confirmation with tracking number and insured mail.

Exchange reshipping & processing fee is free for 1st exchange.  For customer requires exchange again, reshipping & processing fee is $5.00 (US customers only).

Damage

We are NOT responsible for lost, mishandled, and damaged by the US Postal Office if you do not purchase insured mail on your order. Once the package is given to the US Postal Office lost, mishandled, and damaged of the package is at the buyer own risk. For your protection, insured mail is available during shopping.  <Insured Mail available to US customers only> 

For international customers (other than United States) use US Postal Office Global Priority Mail with Insurance, please notify us within 48 hours after pick up the package from your local post office. 

If you purchased insured mail on your order and the item was damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivered.  

 Refund

All SALES FINAL.   ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

In special circumstances when a customer insist on refund, original free shipping & handling $7.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied also.   Therefore, your refund amount will be deducted original free shipping & handling and restocking fee. 

All merchandise must be returned to our company in its original conditon including the bag, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.   All merchandise must be returned to our company with approved authorization code and within 14 days.   Return is subject to additional 25% restocking fee if the product is not in its original condition.
