K9 InStyle Classic Dog Treats Recipes

These dog treats recipes are simple with few ingredients required.
The use of rice flour as main ingredient because I have advanced IBD.
I am restricted to eat hypoallegenic homemade diet and treats.
Me & my friends like both homemade treats alot, and hope you like it, too.

Original Dog Biscuits
• 3/4 cup water • 1/3 cup margarine • 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 cup powdered non-fat milk • 1 egg (beaten) • 3 cups white rice flour
Melt margarine in microwave. Add hot water and honey.
Stir in nonfat milk powdered and egg (beaten).
Add RICE flour 1/2 cup at a time.
Knead until dough is still similar to pastry dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 30 minutes before rolling.
On the floured surface, roll the dough 1/4” thick. Cut with small cutter.
Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes
or until cookies are golden on undersides
and edges are just starting to brown.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Low-fat Chicken Biscuits
• 4 1/2 cups white rice flour • 3 tablespoon canola oil • 1 egg, beaten •
1-1/2 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
Mix together egg (beaten), oil, and chicken broth.
Add RICE flour ½ cup a time. Knead until dough is still similar to pastry dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate about 30 minutes before rolling.
On the floured surface, roll the dough 1/4” thick. Cut with small cutter.
Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
or until cookies are golden on undersides
and edges are just starting to brown.
Cool completely on wire rack.
